Soccer Starting in May 2025 to July 2025

Mondays - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In creating our recreational programs, Tay Valley Township’s aim is to provide an environment for our youth to have fun while also learning valuable life lessons and skills.  Our goal is to instill the values we feel our residents hold dear such as honesty, integrity, team play and sportsmanship.

Location: Glen Tay Public School - 115 Harper Road

Groups may be adjusted slightly according to registration 

PREFERENCE GIVEN TO TAY VALLEY TAXPAYERS

Early Bird Registration Fee (until April 14, 2025): $45.00                                   

Registeration Fee (after April 14, 2025): $55.00

Note: NO refunds are provided after attendance at the first night of any Recreation program.

U6 (2021/2020): 4-5 year olds

U11 Girls (2017/2016/2015): 8-10 year olds

U15 Girls (2014/2013/2012/2011): 11-14 year olds

U8 (2019/2018): 6-7 year olds

U11 Boys (2017/2016/2015): 8-10 year olds

U15 Boys (2014/2013/2012/2011): 11-14 year olds

Participant Requirements

Recreational activities and programs are coordinated for the enjoyment of all participants, and shall NOT be considered as supervised Child Care Services.  All children must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian for the duration of the activity or program.

Players are required to provide and wear the following equipment: Hat/Cap, cleats, shin pads, black shorts, black socks. Jerseys are provided by the Municipal Office, and are to be returned at the end of each season.

Personal Information

Waiver

In consideration of Tay Valley Township permitting me and/or the person(s) listed above to participate in the activity(ies) listed above, I, for myself and for all minors named herein, assume full responsibility for understanding and ensuring that safe practices are followed in the activity noted above and hereby release, discharge, indemnify and save harmless Tay Valley Township and its agents and employees from any and all claims by whomsoever made, damages, liabilities or loss arising from injury to or death of myself and/or those listed above by reason of my, his, her, our and/or their participation in the listed activity(ies).
