All structures must be identified with a civic address number, also called the "911 number" since the main purpose is to ensure emergency services can be properly directed to the site. The civic address number is assigned by the Township Public Works Manager.
For Access onto a Tay Valley Township Road - include one of the following:
- a copy of an Entrance Permit signed by the Township Public Works Manager
- a completed Entrance Permit application form (available at the Municipal Office or on our website under Resident Services/Roads.)
For Access onto a County of Lanark Road - include one of the following:
- a copy of Entrance Permit signed by a County Official
- a copy of a completed Entrance Permit application obtained from Lanark County (613-267-1353)
